Hi. This is my first post here but um, I've been reading around on this site, using the search bar and such :P. But I have tried everything to get my run button back and can't. I've tried the start > properties > customize > <insert whats supposed to be putting run back on start>. Its not working, then I tried the C:/WINDOWS/Regedit.exe to change the 0 to a 1 or viceversa. and it doesn't work either. this shows up http://i186.photobucket.com/albums/x83/just_love05/regedit.jpg gah...
also, my task manager doesn't work. http://i186.photobucket.com/albums/x83/just_love05/computeroncrack.jpg ...i'm so lost and confused =(. Oh forgot to add one more thing, when I open up my firefox it tells me this http://i186.photobucket.com/albums/x83/just_love05/firefoxisghey1.jpg so i do this http://i186.photobucket.com/albums/x83/just_love05/firefoxisghey2.jpg and it fixes it. i know how to fix it, but i just hate having to do it everytime i open FF and a new browser, firefox doesn't prompt me to save passwords anymore either with ONLY the myspace site and I have cleared my cookies. Yes, I have reinstalled firefox to solve these problems and its not working. I think its because of some sort of virus. I dont know much about these things, I just want my run & task manager back >.<. I also CANNOT reformat because I lost the CD and everything, not a option.

if your registry editing is disable, also u taskmanager.. suggest you use RRT (restrictions removal tool) i use this often... from serigwa.net
