hi im a bit of a novice so please bare with me i had a virus that was poping up every 5 minuites exactly the window said something like your computer is making unauthorised copies of the files on your pc. i used various programs and thought i solved the problem bur now i cant access my control pannel when i try it says the opperation had been cancled due to restrictions on this computer ...
