Hi,

I am now connected to my router with a Cat6 cable. I could connect to my printer using Wifi but that stopped working so I bought a cable. I can find the printer.

I type the ip address of the printer in, and it says:


Cannot load wizard pages for TCP / IP port.


Anyone know how to fix this?

I can add it via Local Printer..IP port..but it doesn't print out.
