Is there a simple utility with a single purpose: to turn remote control of your tv tuner card into a replacement for your mouse?

Something like this:

Pointer directions:

R = left mouse button
E = right mouse button
5 and 0 = wheel up/down, and when you quickly double press 5 then it's middle mouse button

Simple as that...

(I have Leadtek TV2000 TV/FM tuner card (it's an older model; I see there is TV2000 XP etc...))

I know such a thing exists for a joystick. I set up something using one for a disabled friend
