Hi,
I have recently recieved a panasonic cf51 laptop with multiple user accounts on it. everything works fine on the logon screen and also within the admiinistrator account, however within the main user account the keyboard is very slow to respond (5-7 seconds of holding in the key) with a very slow repeat rate.
I have checked all normal avenues of investigation, control panel, registry settings and couldn't see anything immediately apparent. Due to the role of the laptop i cannot however delete the account and then rebuild.
Any help would be appreciated

Not sure what to offer as far as fixing your core problem. But does this happen on any other accounts? Would it be possible for you to simply move everything to a different account and use a new one as the main account?
