I'm trying to download an attachment (.htm), but after the virus scan say no virus and I download it, I'm sent back to my inbox with nothing downloaded.....can someone please help?

Jump to PostDoes it ever ask you where you want the file saved to? Do you ever use the browse button to select a place? Does it bring up the "save file as" dialog box?
