My client suddenly cannot sen or receive emails with his POP email accounts. I reviewed his inbos and other folders to bad or large emails to delete but ther really isn't any. I removed both emails accounts and recreated them them one at a time but that did not fix the problem. I then deleted his Outlook Profile and created a new one and that did not solve the problem either.

Any ideas?

maybe you should have check with his ISP first to see if problem was on there end.
