I have a laptop with windows vista home basic and when it starts is giving this error: Paint cannot read this file. This is not a valid bitmap file or its format is not currently supported.
Also every program you try to access you get the same error. I allready installed an antivirus and cleaned a few malware but the problem still exists.

Hello,
The image that you are using to open might be corrupted. Try to add that image to a Word file. If you can't see it after adding, it means your image is corrupted or in an unreadable format. What is the extension of that image?
