hey guys, any idea how to fix the problem for my laptop computer aspire 4920, downgrade to xp but in device manager got an error "Mass storage controller" had try to install all the necessary drivers from acer web..but to no avail...any idea is greatly appreciated...thanks..

maybe Sandra lite will tell you the maker of the mass storage device and you can get the driver from them .worth a try

Yeah, It's the card reader problem,if you've already install the card reader driver,you will see SCSI and raid controller above your yellow Mass Storage Controller.You double click the yellow Mass Storage Controller and reinstall driver go browsing to CardR_O2_v3.09_Vista_XP\x86\xp Yeah,that's the extracted driver folder you download from acer,click ok.
It's done.
