While updating a current program. I came across a error message; Entry Point Not Found, and the explanation;

"The procedure entry point?WLineDraw3D@CFastDC@@QAEXHHHHKH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library FastDraw.dll."

I have been looking for this dll file (FastDraw) for some time through various websites. As in DOS (which is no longer used in an XP enviornment) can this entry point line referenced above, be copied and pasted into the procedure entry point, wherever that may be, to get the program up and running. Can someone help, or redirect me to a reputable site to obtain this much needed file in order to get my program to work.
