Our nonprofit recently purchased InDesign CS3 and installed it, but the program won't launch. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled - with the help of Adobe support - and still won't open. Along the way, we purged all Adobe/Acrobat components before reinstalling. A friend who specializes in Macs thinks we may have "rogue plug-in." The crash occurs after it attempt to initialize plug-ins. I am only a novice and would appreciate ANY input. We run XP Professional on Dell PCs and are connected on a LAN as part of a domain.

Thanks from Durham, NC.

I think the program is defected, Replace with a new one
