go to the motherboard site, and go to their driver site, this is beccause some mobo makers 'customize' their products... also you should get a half decent gfx card for like £20

If this is a Dell or HP or other brand name computer you should go to their site and find the driver download for your model of PC. For a generic download from Intel try:
