In a web page there is the option of generate an excel file with my information, but when i want to use this opcion, ie opens a new window and it closes inmediately and never generate the file.

After searchin in the web, and finding many answers that don't solve my problem, i started testing diferent options in the ie.
This was my solution...
In the IE menu... Tools / Internet Options, then select the SECURITY tab and in the INTERNET zone, click on the button of Custom Level, then search in the three for the level DOWNLOADS, here ENABLE all the options, normally File Download and Font Download are enable but the other one don't, that is the cause of my problem.
