Hiya, I'm posting on behalf of a friend, whose computer isn't operating well enough at the moment to enable her to ask for help herself. This is how she describes the problem:
my computer crashed while i was having a voice conversation on msn, and when i logged back onto my computer, my media player worked, but there was no sound coming from my speakers. now i can only get sound from them if i start a voice conversation on msn (or yahoo) messenger. after that it's fine, until i turn my computer off, and back on again.
Can anyone offer assistance, please?
