I know how to delete the history and cookies and temp files by going under tools>internet options>general tab>delete cookies...etc.

after i do that i type something into the address bar like www.a.... and some sites appear. how do i delete these sites?

i need an answer today...

Go into Internet Options->Content tab->Auto Complete and untick what you do not want.
