I just joined this forum because I find it informative to it's users. I want to learn as mch as I can about troubleshooting my computers. At present I am having great difficulty with my desktop as I am getting an error message to say " lsass.exe-Application Error
The instructions at 0X00401082 refernced memory at 0X00000000. The memory could not be written.
Click on OK to terminate program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
when I click either or the screen on the monitor remains "blue".
I've tryed turning off system, turn it back on on safe mode, nothing changes, please help, desperately want to retrieve software, programs on my computer, pass it on to a disk or flash drive & possibly buy another up to date CPU, as this one is very old. Again, please please, help!!
