Hi!

To connect over L2TP VPN (without IPSec ) in Windows XP ProhibitIpSec value must be changed

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Rasman\Parameters]

"ProhibitIpSec"=dword:00000001

How can I do the same configuration in Windows 2003 Server?

There is no ProhibitIpSec in Parameters..
