Hi guys can anyone tell me what spuninst is i have found around 80 files that are blue and have no idea what they are or how they were generated, i have searched some forums and am confused weather to delete or leave them alone.

don't delete as they are windows service pack related files/folders.
they are hidden folders ,hidden for a reason

blue means compressed i think
