My Dell Dimension 4700 will not power up. There are no leds active on the motherboard. It will not respond to the start switch. I shorted the contacts on the switch still no responce. No output from the power supply. Any suggestions appreciated.

try another power supply ,also make sure the power source to the power supply is working
