hi i downloaded the XP theme but i m not ure how to install the same i have saved the .RAR file saved on desktop but please guide me ho to install the theme ......please

looks like .wba is a WindowBlinds theme. Did you install Windowblinds?

You cant do it until you patch your uxtheme.dll anyway
And yes .wba requires windowblinds
