Hello I recently deleted some files…! After I finished deleting I restarted my pc, I logged in with my user name and password as usual, but then a screen poped up that said "Register your windows".
The problem is there is no icon, just an empty screen with a missing icon…so now I can access my pc in the normal way, just by safe mode.
What should I do, I don’t want to format my pc, I just want to register the windows
The files I delete were in C drive/Windows/~. Can't remember were exactly.
PLEASE HELP SOS.

Can't open system restore from Safe Mode :(
I can not access the proper XP, only in safe mode i can view my files.

When you press f8 repeatedly at startup, instead of selecting safe mode, try select Last Known Good Configuration.
