When I try to rename a folder or try to delete something while in the windows explorer C:\ drive the window closes on me. Anyone have a clue how I can fix the problem? My operating system is Windows XP Professional.

Hi,how long has this been going on ,have you tried to do a system restore back to a earlier date .
