Im not sure if this has been asked before and there is a hell of a lot of threads tosearch through so im just making new thread, if this has been asked then maybe the link can be added so i can find it quicker.

I have just purchased a second hand laptop and i would like to know how to alter the licencee name so it becomes mine and not the previous owners, without having to format the whole computer. Is this possible?
