just got an Asus netbook and it has Windows XP Home -SP3- when I go to windows Explorer and try to get the address bar up so I can get to the ftp site I need to download a video from, no address bar comes up- have tried everything I know......Had no problem doing this with a desktop running XP Home and another running XP Pro- is it because of Service Pack 3?

In Window Explorer go View >> Toolbars >> Address Bar (sometimes it is good to first unlock with Lock The Toolbars and when Address Barr is visible lock it back)
