not have the appropriate permissions to access the item... " This ios the error that I am getting, I dunno what to do anymore. YM, Splitcam, ICQ and etc aren't working... Please help me... Thanks.

Hi,
If you can start in safe mode with networking, download a housecall virus checker and anti-malware and clean out any problems you may have there. if you still have problems after that come back and yell!!
If you can not use the PC in safe mode, try a windows repair (Google it, there are many good sites to show you how) from your OS installation disk.
