My O S crashed. So it was replaced and they reinstalled my files.
I have Outlook xp 6 but only e mails showing from o4.
I can not send or receive e mail.
It keeps asking for username and password which I never used. or if I did I forget
And it shows the server as century tel which is what it was in 04
Now it is charter. When I go in and set it to charter and click ok
It does not stay set
I am stuck.
Any body have any thoughts

call you internet provider and they should take you step by step through setting up your email acct ,mine will
