Without thinking too much, if it really bothers you, run windows repair. Must be a file problem in root.
i think it gives me that error because i ran this program DHCP IP Forcer and i was giving it a try supose to change your ip and i wanted to c if it works...it just shut off my internet probly cuz i'm behind a router...ty for tip tho
