I deleted those posts because the poster is just a sig spammer and has no idea how to do what they have advised.
When you start the computer, press the F8 or F5 (different pc's use different keys) on the keyboard and you will get a boot menu.
Choose the one that says 'Last known good configuration' and see how it is now.
