Hi! My name is Joe and i HAD the exact same problem. I would suggest downloading Nero Clean Tool (923 kb). After i installed and ran this tool the problem immediately disappeared! Hope this helps. My Nero keeps on telling me there's not enough memory to burn a dvd? Any suggestions besides just completely getting rid of Nero and going with something else? Thank you!
