hi y'all i'm kinda new in facing this kind of virus and would like to ask for your help,
1. i cannot drag neither paste any kind of notepad,links,folder(anything)
2. i read some of the old post that we're similar to my problems
but i haven't find the right advice
3. i opened my process and there's many notepad.exe and telnet.exe that took some memory and slowed the computer
can any one help me?

Sounds like you need to remove a virus or malware. Just because you have a good virus detector and you scan your PC every day does not mean that your PC is clean. Even if your PC is clean, it can not hurt to check and rule out that problem. A very good site here is located at:-
