Have some question about exchange size limits. Last week a user wanted their send receive limit increased. I tried it on their account settings. didn't work. Then the database parameters didn't work then i did the adsiedit and added delivContentLength and MaxReceiveSize I think that still didnt work then I revisited this a day or two later don't know what I did may have even rebooted the server and outlook ended up taking an attachment larger the 10mb. Now we have a mailbox that has met it's quota I upped the quota in the users active directory account + on the database quota's delete almost all the emails and the quota has not changed, this may be due to the 2 hr exchange policy where it only reads policy changes every 2 hrs but is there any way to force this though or clear the policy cache? I feel like the last event 2 days are going to go by and this mailbox will remain full, also the retention policy was 14 days does this mean we have to wait 14 days, I changed it on his account to 1 day cause we need this mailbox freed up
