I cannot print unless a print link button is on the material i wish to print...the task bar with the print button and the history removal tool, etc is missing from the top of the home page...How do I replace it? ( i have windows 7......64 bit)

right click on the desktop
click personalize
in the bottom left, under "see also" it says "taskbar and start menu"
I think you'll be able to get it from there.

the first thing i wnt to let you know that it is not task bar.its menu bar which is at the top of the window just above the address bar....
right click on the desktop then personalize it and select the menubar option..
