Hey guys,
I have a qousimo laptop that's brand new and windows xp home. For a while about 20 mins after I boot up i got a blue screen that told me that it did that to stop critical damage to my computer and "beginning dump of physical memory", and to run it in safe mode and disable cacheing and the whatnot. i did this and to my dismay it did nothing. Now, when i boot up I get a black screen and i cannot access my computer. What should I do???

If the laptop is brand new contact the vendor, it should be supported for free. The
recovery disks should have been provided, It sounds like caching was
required for onbard graphics maybe ? re-enable if possible.. Usually the
vendor will replace an unserviceable laptop and pick up shipping for free if
they cant sort the problem out over the phone..

..else start with recovery disk one.. (if you dont have these the vendor
will usually send them out for free.. even if a system is out of warranty)

enjoy,
Cain
