Can anyone help please. When starting internet explorer get message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Computer is on line (signal excellent) and can access internet through firefox. Have run microsoft malicious software tool and nothing found.
Any help appreciated, please make it simple as I am a bit of a computer numpty.
