Hi there ,I have a user who has a hotmail account which takes a very long time to open and sometimes it doesnt open at all in his computer but when he tries to open in another computer it opens normally.Any other site even yahoo mail is doing good.I cant figure it out what is wrong and he is really on my back.Any suggestions please?

Maybe he has a problem with his cached copy of the website.
When it eventually loads, press Ctrl+F5.
Or empty the Tempory internet files in his profile @ c:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
note local settings and beyond are hidden folders.
