Alright so i have a maxtor 80gb ATA HDD running as my primary drive everything is cool with that. I just put in a Seagate 80gb S ata drive and i was told that windows would recognize it since it was already installed on my ATA, however this is not the case. I install tyhe via 4 in 1 drivers etc. My question is how do get thsi 2nd hdd up. i was thinking i could remove the ATA and load windows on the SATA like a fresh install but i was wondering if there was an easier way.

What you need to do is insert the disk labelled "SATA driver disk" (or something like that). This disk will contain the SATA drivers for the disk.
Note that the SATA disk will be a floppy you received with your motherboard. It may be labelled "RAID driver disk" or something....
