I have a problem with an XP tweak program !! I had one did some tweaking , The wife didnt know what the progam was and deleted it now my WMP wont load and a couple of other problems , I am running XP pro , Dont know what else you would need to know.

Maybe try re-downloading the tweak program again, also you might uninstall WMP and go to windows updates and re-install that too.
