I ve a an acer laptop I ve installed Windows 7 pro 32bit, atfer activiting my windows than the laptop has to restart after doing so the laptop boots ok but it doesn't continue it just restarts booting... there are no blue screen appearing for faulty hardware or what so ever!

If this is a 64-bit machine, why install a 32-bit OS? In any case, the installation was probably a failure, hence the cyclical reboot symptom. Try re-installing the OS at the least.
