I am always gettin g this small pop up windo stating

WISE UNINSTALL

could not open INSTALL. LOG file

What the heck is this?????????????? i am so sick of it, but obviously if it keeps poping up, it must me missing, so what do i do??:sad:
and yes i have aol, verizon broadband dsl
