Hi everyone,
I have two relatively new Windows 10 PCs, both running NM, but they are on different networks. One of the PC has a VPN connection to the same network as the other. I can connect via the VPN and use traditional Remote Desktop without issues, but when I try to connect using NM, I only get a white screen.
What could be the problem?

Can you expand what NM is? I know about https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NetworkManager but that's for Linux.
My bet is a misconfigured ISP just like we see with Amazon services. The fix is to use a VPN. And no, I don't bother asking ISPs to fix this one.
