I have multiple identities in Outlook Express. I've been running along for two or three years, and all of a sudden one of the identities does not recognize my password. It continually asks for username and pw input. I'm not sure, since I've not had to do this before, if deleting the identity and recreating it is the only solution or not; maybe another quick fix that I'm overlooking? Any thoughts appreciated.
