Hi, I've been having major problems with my Internet Explorer for a while now. Anything that is a popup or requires JavaScript simply will not open- I've tried downloading Java and it doesn't make any difference, as well as fiddling about with my Internet Options. There was a website recommended that I downloaded from (http://windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFIX.htm) but it just came up with "Run-time error '-2147024770 (8007007e)'". I'm not sure if these two problems (run-time and Javascript) are connected but they both do not work. Any help with this is very much appreciated.

Java won't get you very far as it basically has nothing to do with JavaScript. They are two very different things.
