Hi, i have had the same problem for the last 2 months.

First of all when i turn my computer on( Compaq Presario V5000 with windows xp home), and log on i get the eroor message from photogallery saying: "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable", and i have searched my entire computer for the file, photogallery.msi and havent found it, not even in the wrong place. I think that this may be the reason for my next issue, but since i know nothing about computers, i may be wrong.

My second problem is the one which irritates me the most. I had upgraded my contract and got the brand new Nokia N95, and was the happiest girl in the world when i got it, then when i installed all of the programs that came with it in the cd, i plug my phone in, and the found new hardware wizard comes up, and searches for it, but cannot find anything to install my phone. And after i tried this for a week, i returned the phone (excellent phone, just rubbish battery life), and then got a new nokia N73. Which i had exactly the same problem with and i tried calling nokia, told them that it happened with both phones, i took all of their suggestons, and they said it must be something with the computer, although they never actually fixed it. So i am stuck with no way of connecting my lovely new phone to my computer.
Problem just keeps getting worse. I bought a new ipod Nano, after i broke my other one :( , and i am having the same problem with it, after installing all the software, the ipod was never recognised, and never installed.
Problem gets even worse. I bought a Freecom 60GB external hard drive today, because my cmoputer is getting a bit full. Installed all of the software, and you guessed it, it didnt recognise it.

I have looked at device managaer, and when the product is plugged into the USB, it is there in device managaer with a question mark. I dont think it is the USB, as my old phone, the sony ericcson w810i, works perfectly fine with my usb, as i had installed it over a year ago (not saying that this may be because something just recently may have caused this, but it may have, hoping on someone here to tell me!), and my friend plugged her ipod into my computer to check if that works, and she also installed her ipod on my computer a couple of months ago.

I have literally cried about this as £600 worth of goods i have bought in the last 2 weeks, have not worked how i expected them to. PLease help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M BEGGING YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! :'(
