hey guys i dont no wats wrong wit my comp..but this blue screen always appear its say

and the other one is

and my comp spec is
NVIDIA GEFORCE 6600 GT
1024 RAM
INTEL 945P EXPRESS CHIPSET
plz help me its always happen i want to fix it

Its usually a faulty RAM. When does the blue screen appear? What programs are you running when the blue screen appears?
How many ram modules are you using? If more than one, try running your computer with one module.
i only using one ram module...and its happens wen i play games..i did the memory diagonosi before everything is fine

i have another problem i just bought a new WD 80GIG sata hardrive afta i formated at the installing screen its say FATAL ERROR WINDOWS SETUP CANNOT CONTINUE what is the problem please help and i tryed with difference windows xp cd still same problem
