I do not have a tech no for HP., there is one job stuck in que...it will not delete from que, my green light on the HP continually blinks, I have shut down & restarted, actually tried to un install hp too...

it is kind of logged in there in pages 3 of yet it says deleting..


How can I get this clear & the green light to go off
