When I do a run on my XP machine, putting CMD in, the black DOS box comes up for about 3 seconds and then goes away. Anyone have a fix for that?

OK, OK, the "Run" command doesn't bring up the DOS Command Line, but I can raise it via the "Accessories" folder in "Programs." So, what is wrong in the "Run" dialog box to prevent me from bringing it up theres?
