So i've got this friend running windows xp, and he cant log in to any websites. He can login to aim. I tried a different webbrowser and it didnt help. I didnt notice anything odd in his firewall settings. He ran a viruse scan recently and didnt find anything. Checked ie security, and didnt find anything like not accepting cookies. I just told him to delete cookies and it didnt help. he normally uses ie, but i tested firefox and it has the same problem
on other local accounts he can login to websites.

ideas?

check windows services, and event manager.. will tell you about it.
