Is it possible to insert a list of addresses into the exchange servers "Address Lists" (like the GAL) for all outlook users to see.
This list is for a batch of e-mails addresses everyone here needs to access but these addresses are not from our domain
as the admin you can create a new group lets say all these email are from a company u do business with you can creat a group call ( company name) and add al the email address uder that group. then you decide who will have access to it
