In one identity, IE6 will not download files?

Same is the problem with my IE 6... it starts downloading and then when it reaches some 50% .. it stops. What is the problem in it?

Microsoft say it is a cotrrupt identity, but following their fix does not work. I've tried reloading Internet Explorer but the problem remains.
