I'm new to computer networking,,, i can configure the LAN settings,, i can now connect my laptop to my pc,, but the problem is i don"t know how to configure the internet settings to be able to share the internet into my laptop.. by the way,, i'm using only a wired network.. and another problem,, my laptop cannot execute the run commands, task manager and folder options are not available, may be bec, of some virus.. what can u recommend????? makes me feel really sad... ='(

Sorry; are you trying to sort the internet settings on your router or on your laptop?
And you said that your laptop is unable to run some commands, is this due to it being locked down (a work laptop for example) or a just a general software problem?
